ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner's father on 23.12.2020, wherein the petitioner's father is seeking for compensation for the injuries sustained by his son, namely, the petitioner herein and his sister's daughter in the road accident. 1/3

2. Heard Mr.G.Vidhya Maheswaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Selvaganesan, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. The petitioner has to work out his remedy before the concerned Court and seek for compensation and the case involves disputed questions of fact, which cannot be gone into in a Writ Petition. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition.
