O R D E R

The respondent in the contempt petition ought to pay the balance amount of Rs.16,650/-. However, he has filed an undertaking affidavit stating that he would pay the said amount in 3 equal instalments within 3 months.

2. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondent shall pay Rs.16,650/- in 3 equal instalments.
