The petitioner wants to establish his civil rights in proceedings under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. According to the petitioner's counsel, the fourth respondent herein who does not have any semblance of right is trying to trespass into the property. 2.I am of the view that these issues cannot be adjudicated in this proceeding. Leaving open the petitioner's rights and with liberty for him to move the Jurisdictional Civil Court, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
