O R D E R

The respondent in the contempt petition ought to pay the balance amount of Rs.2,15,000/-. However, he has filed an undertaking affidavit stating that he would pay the said amount in 12 equal installments.

2. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondent shall pay Rs.2,15,000/- in 8 equal installments. The final installment shall be paid including the remaining balance amount of Rs.15,000/-.

3. With the above said directions, this Contempt Petition is closed. In case, if there is any default, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen the Contempt Petition. 25.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes jbr 2/3
