ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused Crime No.603 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 07.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 366 of I.P.C and hence seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused had kidnapped the daughter of the defacto complainant, who was studying 12th standard. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the sister of the petitioner and the alleged victim girl are close friends and due to torture given by the defacto complainant, the victim girl on her own volition came to the house of the petitioner and he handed over the victim girl to the respondent on the same day. However, the respondent police has falsely registered a case against the petitioner and remanded him to judicial custody.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that this is a case of love affair and the victim girl was already secured.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
