ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 417 and 467 of I.P.C. in Crime No.88 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused impersonated and with the help of the second accused sold the property to the de-facto complainant.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had signed in the sale deed only as a witness and he was not aware of the offence committed by the first accused. It is further submitted that the third accused was already enlarged on anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) vehemently opposed the bail petition stating that the petitioner, who was working as a broker, was well aware of the property. However, he actively assisted the first accused for commission of the offence. It is further submitted that the third petitioner is the bonafide purchaser and he has placed in a different footing.

5. Considering the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
