ORDER

The writ petitioner is the brother of the second respondent. He gave a complaint to the first respondent alleging that the second respondent has obtained a bogus passport in the name of one Chithiravel.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the allegation of the writ petitioner is not true. The second respondent has not obtained any such bogus passport as alleged by the writ petitioner. Therefore, I find that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
