ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the respondents are ready to execute sale deed for an extent of 2460 sq. ft. (Plot No.24) in favour of the petitioner since the petitioner had already remitted the entire amount. It appears that the petitioner wants to purchase the adjacent area also. The respondents state that the petitioner has not made any payment for the extra land. If the petitioner wants to buy the extra land over and above 2460 sq. ft., he must have to pay at the present market rate. 3.Third respondent is directed to communicate their stand to the petitioner in writing within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
