ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as sole accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.07.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417,376, 313 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on promising to marry the defacto complainant the petitioner had sexual relationship with her and subsequently, refused to marry her. On complaint, case has been registered for the above said offences.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner had physical relationship with the defacto complainant on her consent and now, the petitioner has got a job in Transport Corporation, the defacto complainant is compelling him to marry her. He further contended that the petitioner is not willing to marry her.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that on promising to marry the defacto complainant the petitioner had sexual relationship with the defacto complainant and cheated her and the investigation of the case is pending.

5.Considering the fact the petitioner has admitted the relationship with the defacto complainant and he is not willing to marry her, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
