ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) I.P.C. in Crime No.78 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there are as many as seven previous cases are registered against the petitioner.

4.This Court went through the content of the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner is said to have threatened the Sub Inspector of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Police, who came to execute the Non Bailable Warrant against him. The petitioner did not extend his cooperation.

5.Taking note of the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
