2. This Court partly allowed the revision on 20.08.2025 with a condition to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the legal heirs of the decased.

3. Today, the accused appeared through Video Conferencing from the Central Prison, Trichy and he stated that as per the direction of this Court, dated 20.08.2025 he has paid a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the wife of the deceased viz., Mrs. Rani.

4. The wife of the deceased appeared before this Court and affirmed the same.

5. In view of the above submission, the order is clarified.
