PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue a direction directing the 2nd Respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd Respondent under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.01.2022. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass her.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
