ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the case has been registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 468,471 and 506(i) I.P.C., in Crime No.5 of 2018. Thereafter, the petitioner herein was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody. Hence, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise.
