ORDER

The petitioner has given an application dated 12.12.2018 to the third respondent for grant of enjoyment patta. The third respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent will of course put all the interested persons particularly the fifth respondent herein on notice, before passing the final order on the application made by the petitioner herein. This Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass orders one way or the other. 2.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
