This Writ Petition has been filed for Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.02.2022 and file a report by enquiring into the allegation of receipt of illegal gratification by the 8th respondent to approve all Forms VII filed under the Society Regulation Act by one group for appointment in CMS, Evngilical Idayankulam, Tirunelveli District while the said dispute in O.S.No.207 of 2020, O.S.No.222 of 2019 and O.S.No.21 of 2020 is pending in civil Courts.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief is only against the 3rd respondent.

3. Hence, this Court is inclined to dispose the Writ petition with a direction to file a proper writ petition impleading the third respondent alone before the appropriate court. 3/6
