Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.4 of 2015, on the file of the respondent and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court, on 09.02.2015 in Crl.O.P (MD)No.1932 of 2015 considered the case of the petitioner in detail and held that the petitioner is not entitled to grant anticipatory bail. I do not find any change of circumstances to consider the petition again. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
