ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner's application will be taken up when its turn comes and after holding an enquiry, if the authority is satisfied, the certificate sought for would be issued.

2. Therefore, the respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.
