It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.07.2016.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.453 of 2016 under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) IPC and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992, by the second respondent Police.
