ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent to transfer the complaint dated 15.06.2019 on the file of the fifth respondent and entrust the same to the fourth respondent and to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the complaint, 15.06.2019 has not been registered till today. 3.However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint was enquired by the fifth respondent and the same was closed on 10.08.2021.

4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
