ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A-1 in Crime No.294 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police were arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 03.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act and hence seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 10 Kgs of ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that no previous case is pending against the petitioner.

5. Considering the above said fact, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge for Principal Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
