ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the second respondent to issue work site certificate to enable him to participate in the tender notification dated 10.02.2026.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the work site inspection certificate has already been issued to him.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the tender has been cancelled by way of proceedings dated 23.02.2026.

4. In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
