ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 498(A), 406 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.10 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the in-laws of the de facto complainant and the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence. He further submitted that the first accused/husband has already filed Crl.O.P(MD)No.9041 of 2015 before this Court and this Court by order dated 13.05.2015, referred the same before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the same is still pending. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are only in-laws of the de facto complainant. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are in-laws of the de facto complainant, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shencottai and on each executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required, for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
