This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to complete the tender process in respect of Tender Notice dated 08.11.2021 by declaring the successful bidder for constructing the Hostel Block (First Floor) for ANM Training School at Manickampalayam in Namakkal District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, though the aforementioned tender was conducted, the results have not been declared till date. The said tender was conducted on 30.11.2021. The petitioner has given a representation on 25.01.2022 requesting the respondents to publish the results of the tender. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, he has filed this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.5052 of 2022 3.Heard Mr.S.Senthil, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.At the outset, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though a positive direction has been sought for in this Writ Petition, the petitioner will be satisfied, if the representation of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law. The said statement is recorded. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if such a direction is issued by this Court.

5.Accordingly, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25.01.2022 requesting them to declare the results of the tender conducted on 30.11.2021 referred to supra, and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
