This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.99 of 2017, dated 10.04.2017, on the file of the respondent police within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.R.Senthil Kumar learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions,

submitted that the complaint, lodged by the petitioner was registered in Crime No.99 of 2017 and the same was enquired into and closed as mistake of fact on 04.05.2017. It is also stated that RC notice was also served on the petitioner by post. 4.However, the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, regarding the service of the RC notice is disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Hence, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to serve a copy of the closure report as well as the RC Notice in the course of day. 4.In such view of the matter, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
