ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 448 and 506(ii) I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act 2003 in Crime No.10 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner herein had earlier filed an application for anticipatory bail, but the same was dismissed in view of the suppression of material facts by the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) has opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has got few other case to his credit. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that he will not file any petition for modification or relaxing the condition to be imposed by this Court in this petition. 5.This Court indulgently viewed the matter. Taking note of the above said facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner is directed to remain at Madurai and report before the Othakkadai Police Station, Madurai District daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
