The petitioner has filed this revision against the dismissal order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, in a petition, filed by him, seeking transfer of C.C.No.54 of 2012, by making some allegations against the Presiding Officer. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that now Presiding Officer has been transferred. In the said circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in the revision case. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
