O R D E R

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent.

2.The second respondent states that the third respondent has given a complaint of cheating against the petitioner herein. The petitioner states that he is also a victim of cheating at the hands of promoters of Athistam Farm Allied Limited. 3.Taking note of all these aspects, the following directions are issued:- (i) If the second respondent wants to summons the petitioner, the second respondent will issue summons in writing.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.4671 of 2020 (ii) if the second respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the second respondent will notify the petitioner about the same so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.
