ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent for not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to the property dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the third respondent made a complaint to the respondent police. Based on the complaint, the police officials threatened the petitioner. Hence the petitioner made a representation dated 17.03.2021 to the respondent police stating that the entire issue is purely civil in nature, the police officials interfering into the same and harassing the petitioner. The grievances of the petitioner is that sofar no action has been taken by the respondent police. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4313 of 2021 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Whatever might be the circumstances, the second respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.03.2021 by following the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
