ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2nd respondent Police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that a case has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.34 of 2016 under Sections 420, 416, 468 and 506(ii) IPC; they obtained anticipatory bail before the concerned Court; and therefore, the presences of the petitioners is not required for enquiry.
