ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the existing civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 & 5 based on the complaint of the respondents 4 & 5 pending before the third respondent.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. Perused the materials placed on record.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reports that the First Information Report is registered in Crime No.31 of 2017 and investigation is pending before third respondent police.

5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
