O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent for not harassing the petitioner in any manner. 2.According to the petitioner, there is a money transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent, thereby, the third respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the above said transaction is purely civil in nature, but the second respondent, taking advantage of the complaint, is harassing the petitioner. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.60 Lakhs from the third respondent for running government job training academy. But thereafter, he has not returned the same. Hence, the third respondent lodged the complaint, for which, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry. He also appeared for enquiry and sought for adjournment to produce some documents. In the mean time, he has filed this petition.

4.The learned Counsel for the third respondent would submit that the petitioner has cheated to the tune of Rs.60 Lakhs under the guise of conducting training for government jobs, thereby, he lodged the complaint against the petitioner.

5.Heard both sides and perused the records.

6.Since the second respondent stated that the third respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the same is pending, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same, within a period of one week from the date of this order. 7.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
