The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the third respondent.

3.Taking note of all these aspects, the following directions are issued:- (i) If the third respondent wants to summons the petitioner, the third respondent will issue summons in writing.

(ii) if the third respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the third respondent will notify the petitioner about the same so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4.With these directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
