This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first and the second respondents to take appropriate action as against the third respondent for the act of non following the proper procedure prescribed under Registration Act, 1908, while issued refusal Check Slip, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2020.

W.P.(MD)No.5437 of 2020 2.Heard Mr.J.Ashok, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the sale deed presented by the petitioner was registered on 08.03.2020, in Document No.266 of 2020. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition and prays before this Court that the writ petition ought to be dismissed. 4.Since the petitioner's sale deed was registered on 08.03.2020, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
