Heard the learned counsel on either side.

The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petition filed under section 77(A) of the Registration Act, 1908 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to pass order one way or other. The third respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
