ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in this pure civil dispute and also direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2.Heard Mr.B.Sukumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.S.Duraipandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the first and second respondents. 3.It is stated that the petitioner has advanced a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- as loan to the third respondent who executed a promissory note upon receipt of the said amount. It is further stated that the petitioner has filed a civil suit for recovery of money as against the third respondent. It is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is being harassed by the second respondent on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.

submitted that petition enquiry was conducted earlier and the complaint, as against the petitioner, at the instance of the third respondent was closed long back. He further stated that no further enquiry is contemplated and there is no question of harassment. 5.Recording the statement of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
