Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by involving in a civil dispute by insisting the petitioner to vacate from the land in Plot.No.418, 7th East Cross Street, Aringar Anna Nagar, Madurai. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by involving in a civil dispute by insisting the petitioner to vacate from the land in Plot.No.418, 7th East Cross Street, Aringar Anna Nagar, Madurai. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is a tenant of the third respondent property and that was leased out to the petitioner by the mother of the third respondent. There is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, but the third respondent lodged a complaint before the second respondent stating that the petitioner has encroached the property of the third respondent. W.P.(MD)No.6554 of 2021 attend the enquiry on 08.03.2021 at about 7.00 p.m. Even after that, the second respondent continuously making trouble and harassing him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent herein, the respondent police has conducted an enquiry and it is found that this is purely a civil dispute and he will be advise the police officials properly. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
