ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time for complying with the conditions made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.865 of 2025 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.75 of 2025, dated 24.01.2025.

2.It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order, dated 24.01.2025, while suspending the sentence, directed the petitioner to deposit 20% of the compensation amount on or before 27.02.2025. Subsequently, he moved an application seeking extension of time and in the extension petition, this Court has granted time till 14.03.2025.

(*)3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.14 lakhs (20% of the compensation amount) and also produced the copy of E-challan along with memo. 4.The said memo is recorded. Consequently, Crl.M.P(MD)No.2733 of 2025, is closed.
