ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1146 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.23060 of 2024, dated 29.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submitted that the petitioners have complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Petition.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph no.4 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1146 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.23060 of 2024, dated 29.01.2025, is hereby fully relaxed.
