ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the third respondent to register a case/First Information Report on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 29.01.2017 and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint has been registered in Crime No.7 of 2017, on 09.12.2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 498 (A), 294(b), 406, 506(1) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
