2. All that the petitioner seeks is consideration of the petition mentioned representation.

The (*)Second respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation dated 30.01.2023 and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the (*)Second respondent to pass order one way or other. The (*) Second respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
