Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner is one of the participants in the tender process floated by the second respondent. The tenders are to be opened today at 03.00 P.M. All that the petitioner wants is the tender bids should be opened in his presence. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The petitioner is allowed to participate in the tender process. The first respondent is directed to open the petition mentioned tender bids in the presence of the writ petitioner.
