Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.PRABU.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2389 of 2021 on 16.02.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a lorry driver and he is the sole bread-winner of his family and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2389 of 2021 on 16.02.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
