This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.04.2017 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 06.04.2017, both the parties have appeared for enquiry and the petitioner made a request to the respondents to close the complaint stating that she would seek her remedy before the Civil Court.
