Seeking a direction to the respondents to reimburse the mediclaim of Rs.60,000/- to the petitioner together with interest by considering his representation, dated 28.06.2017, the present petition has been filed.

third respondent.
3.According to the petitioner, she being a subscriber under the Government of Tamil Nadu New Health Insurance Scheme, 2014, requesting to reimburse a sum of Rs.60,000/-, which was spent by her towards the medical treatment of her child, sent a representation dated 28.06.2017. Since no orders have been passed by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that the grievance of the petitioner would be considered on merits.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2017, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
