ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondents, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent, lodged a complaint against the petitioners and the same was registered in Current Petition No.G3/006759/ 2021 and posted for enquiry. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the first respondent police is directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decisions in D.K.Basu Vs.
