2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.8 of 2018 and also filed charge sheet before this Court on 03.12.2020 itself.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
