ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order, dated 06.01.2022 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in I.A.No.44 of 2019 in A.S.No.1 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi in O.S.No.163 of 1996 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since no adverse order passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioners have filed I.A.Nos. 1 of 2020 in I.A.No.43 of 2019 in A.S.No.1 of 2004, on the file of the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi in O.S.No.163 of 1996 on the file of the Sub Court, Tuticorin and I.A.No.2 of 2020 in I.A.No.44 of 2019 in A.S.No.1 of 2004 in O.S.No.163 of 1996 with the very same prayer. Already, the Civil Revision Petition filed against the order made in I.A.No.1 of 2020 was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 25.03.2022 in CRP(MD). No.646 of 2022.

4. Since the prayer in the above two Interlocutory Applications are one and the same, this Court finds no merit in this Civil Revision Petition. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition also stands dismissed. No costs.
