ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.10.2017 and to take action in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint has been registered in Crime No.205 of 2016, on 20.10.2016 for the alleged offence under Section 75 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tamil Nadu City Police Act, 1888. He also submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise and the case was closed as action dropped.

4. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
