ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to finalise the pension proposal and disburse the eligible pensionary benefits to the petitioner along with other consequential benefits.
2.After some arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice, if a direction is issued for consideration of his representation in respect of settlement of pensionary benefits alone, such prayer is agreeable to the respective learned Counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.Under such facts and circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in respect of pensionary benefits, on merits and in accordance with law, based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
