This contempt is to take action against the respondent for not complying with the direction of this Court dated 27.03.2019, whereunder this Court directed the contemnor to lay charge sheet within four weeks time from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a charge sheet indeed has been filed on 20.08.2019 and the same has been taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai. The said statement is recorded.
